Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Tampa, FL. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing essential support for our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.

Prepare accrual entries to comply with US GAAP.

Maintain schedule for prepaid accounts and process amortization.

Handle corporate credit card transactions between the 3rd party software and Quickbooks, and monthly credit card reconciliation.

Conduct Pre-audit tasks across organizations in preparing consolidated financial statements.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial forecasting & budgeting support.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.

Manage the company's general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

Prepare and assist in the analysis of financial reports, including budget variance analysis.

Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Assist with audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, MS Dynamics Business Central, or similar platforms.

Financial Statements consolidation experience required.

3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

CPA, CMA or working towards CPA, CMA certification is a plus but not required.

International accounting experience preferred

Able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
