Litigation Paralegal
Location: Miami
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience to join our Miami office. This individual will provide comprehensive organizational and practice‑specific support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through post‑trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal and factual research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis
Manage discovery processes, including Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
Support depositions and prepare expert‑related materials
Draft pleadings, motions, and notices
Assist in law and motion practice (including cite‑checking, proofreading, formatting)
Coordinate and conduct document reviews and productions
Assemble and file motion papers and coordinate filings
Prepare trial materials: trial notebooks, exhibits, witness schedules
Assist with post‑trial filings and appeals
Track billable time daily and support other department activities
Requirements
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
College degree and/or paralegal certificate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with CM/ECF (federal court e‑filing) and Florida Court’s e‑Filing Portal
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus
