Responsibilities
Review the BOM at the beginning of each job and determine material requirements.
Communicate material needs and issues with the Project Manager and Design Engineering team.
Keep the job within the agreed time frame and manage workforce accountability.
Manage job schedules and maintain communication with the Regional Supervisor on a weekly basis, recording milestones, work accomplished, project issues, problems, and site readiness documents in OneNote.
Maintain inventory records and notify stakeholders of missing or defective equipment promptly.
Delegate task assignments to technicians, lead technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
Operate in a positive team environment, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development.
Perform decision‑making on site independently, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or GED.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Lenel Certification, preferred.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills
3+ years of related experience with administrative capabilities to support daily project needs.
Knowledge of Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam/Adobe Reader, project drawings, programming matrix, SRDs, UILs, JHAs, THAs, RHAs, RFIs, and redlines.
Ability to interpret and maintain schedules per DIV28 specifications.
Experience with security systems (Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, DMP) and mechanical retrofitting of door frames and gates.
Proficiency in accessing network interfaces for devices such as access controllers, IP cameras, intercoms, and switches.
PC administration skills for IP camera configuration and adjustments.
Clean driving and criminal records; ability to hold security clearance/registration as required.
Active passport or ability to obtain one for travel.
Physical ability to work indoors/outdoors, stand, sit, use ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.
