Job Description
Design and implement Salesforce solutions supporting Card Member Marketing campaigns and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable configurations, ensure seamless integration with third, and maintain high data integrity standards.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce solutions for Card Member Marketing campaigns and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to support targeted marketing initiatives.
Integrate third‑party SaaS platforms with Salesforce to enhance campaign automation, personalization, and analytics.
Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers as needed.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI and GDPR.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Requirements / Must Have
Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
Experience in Card Member Marketing or loyalty program management.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and Salesforce integrations.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Audience Segmentation.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
5 or more years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
Should3>
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform Developer III.
Skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Apex programming and Visualforce development.
Lightning Components and SOQL proficiency.
API integrations using REST and SOAP.
SaaS platform integration and automation experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Qualification and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial services or credit card industry.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and secure data handling.
