Position Title: Analyst Risk Management The Analyst Risk Management plays a key role in supporting the identification, mitigation, and management of company risks. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Risk Management and working closely with the Senior Analyst, this position contributes to a wide range of activities including claims management (Aircraft, Premises, Auto, and Property), contract review, insurance renewals, data analysis, and compliance monitoring. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Risk Management and working closely with the Senior Analyst, this position contributes to a wide range of activities including claims management (Aircraft, Premises, Auto, and Property), contract review, insurance renewals, data analysis, and compliance monitoring. Essential Responsibilities

Assist in managing and tracking claims across various categories, ensuring timely reporting and documentation

Support the review of contracts and provide initial comments related to insurance and risk provisions

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, insurance brokers to issue certificates of insurance

Help prepare renewal applications and submissions for insurance policies

Analyze loss data to identify trends and support reporting efforts

Maintain and update the Risk Management tracking system and other internal tools

Conduct compliance audits related to motor vehicle records and workers’ compensation requirements

Participate in site visits and assist with risk assessments as needed

Support the management of Workers’ Compensation surveys and related data analysis

Stay informed on insurance market developments and best practices in risk management

Serve as a backup member of JetBlue’s “Go Team” and assist with emergency response coordination

Complete ad hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives or other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience

One (1) year of analytical or related experience

Ability to effectively interface with people within organization

Excellent computer skills using Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and SharePoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to identify potential legal issues and accelerate when necessary

Ability to interact effectively with insurance company personnel, brokers and third party administrators

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Strong attention to detail

Available for occasional overnight travel (5%)

Must pass a pre‑employment drug test

Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

One (1) years of experience working in the insurance marketplace with a working knowledge of the standard lines of Commercial insurance coverages as well as Workers Compensation.

Working knowledge of JetBlue and/or airline acumen

Experience with the settlement of workers' compensation, property and liability claims

Familiarity with safety programs and other risk mitigation techniques

Crewmember Expectations

Regular attendance and punctuality

Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short‑notice

Able to maintain a professional appearance

When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
