Position Overview Allen Control Systems is seeking a skilled
Mechanical Assembly Technician
to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models, using measurement tools, and assembling mechanical components. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with engineers to assist in design for manufacturing and assembly processes.
What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret CAD models to ensure accurate assembly and fit.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly procedures, modifications, and test results.
Adhere to company and industry quality and safety standards during all assembly processes.
Operate Machinery
What You’ll Need
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machining, or related fields.
Production/Manufacturing background
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models.
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly techniques and best practices.
