On the floor you coordinate multiple team members, problem‑solve in real time, and keep guests smiling. Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of center operations. In the General Manager’s absence, they lead the center, handle entertainment, food & beverage, property, and equipment. They maintain guest satisfaction and develop hourly staff. Key Responsibilities

MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1

– Champion guest service, fetch feedback, and resolve complaints. NEVER STOP IMPROVING

– Hone operations, schedule staff for optimal guest experience. TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY

– Execute marketing strategies (leagues, open play, etc.) to drive sales. PARTNER WITH LEAGUES

– Foster relationships with league bowlers, manage league administration. ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM

– Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff. SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS

– Motivate team, delegate tasks, leverage strengths for guest satisfaction. DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

– Expand the Food & Beverage program and maintain quality standards. REMAIN FLEXIBLE

– Work varying shifts, weekend, holiday, nights, and extended days as needed. Desired Skills

2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations. Bachelor’s Degree. Ability to supervise center operations staff. Strong team player. Exceptional people developer. Customer service pro. Knowledge of POS register systems. Work Environment / Physical Demands

Typical entertainment environment: walk, bend and stand frequently; lift objects with assistance as needed. About Lucky Strike Entertainment
