About the role We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive

Financial Systems Manager

(Sage Intacct to start) to manage system configuration, user access, reporting, and automation across our financial platforms. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations, optimizing financial workflows, and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy across our growing organization.

Key responsibilities System administration

Oversee user provisioning, roles, permissions, and SSO group assignments.

Maintain system security, configurations, and audit logs.

Manage setup and configuration of new client instances during onboarding.

Enhancement & optimization

Administer core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Banking Integration, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Consolidations.

Implement system enhancements such as AI automation, vendor approval processes, smart rules/events, and custom views.

Data management & reporting

Develop, maintain, and support financial reports, dashboards, and statements using Intacct Custom Report Writer (ICRW).

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and integrations.

Training & user support

Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for system users.

Troubleshoot access, permissions, and system issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.

Integration & automation

Support third‑party integrations and oversee data migrations during new client onboarding.

Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual input and streamline operations.

Project management & implementation

Participate in go‑live planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑deployment support.

Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Required skills & experience

5+ years of experience as a Sage Intacct Administrator or in a similar ERP administration role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.

Hands‑on experience with module configuration and system integrations.

Proficiency in developing financial reports and dashboards.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and CSV imports (preferred).

Experience with other ERP platforms such as MS Dynamics, NetSuite, or QuickBooks is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in a finance, accounting, or multi‑entity organization.

Exposure to multi‑family office or professional services environments.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Smartsheet for reporting and analytics.

Compensation $90,000–$140,000 (based on experience) plus full benefits — and the chance to grow with a fast‑moving, people‑first company.
