As an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica), you will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an associate doctor, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the subleasing doctor.

Full scope of practice predicated only on professional discretion and agreement with the subleasing doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas)
Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule

Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) with a valid license in New Jersey. Experience in independent practice preferred.
