Position: Full‑Time
Salary range: $81/hr – $100/hr

Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality optometric care to patients in a private practice setting.
Work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
Negotiate practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (DO) or Optometry Doctorate (OD) with state license.
Professional autonomy to care for patients with full scope of practice.
Flexible scheduling available including part‑time commitments or option to add work to an existing schedule.
