They are looking for a creative and strategic
Sales Manager
to build their monetization engine from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to shape pricing, packaging, sales strategy, and go-to-market efforts. From digital sponsorships to branded content and social integrations, you'll lead the charge in connecting advertisers with engaged travelers—authentically and effectively.
This is a first-of-its-kind role with high visibility, high autonomy, and major creative runway.
What You’ll Do
Co-create and execute full revenue strategy alongside the CEO
Develop offerings that go beyond banners: programmatic, sponsored content, homepage takeovers, contests, custom creative, social integrations, and more
Pitch and close innovative campaigns with airlines, hotels, attractions, retailers, and local brands
Build trusted relationships with local advertisers, national partners, and media agencies
Test and launch custom sponsorships and pilot programs
Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
Help lay the foundation for a future sales team
What You Bring
Deep understanding of the Hawaii market and advertising landscape
Proven success in digital media sales, partnerships, or business development—ideally in travel/tourism or related sales experience
A builder’s mindset and entrepreneurial drive
A knack for translating business goals into creative, cross-platform solutions
Excellent relationship skills and a strong communicator
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and a data-informed approach to sales
