Thorough knowledge of estate, gift, corporate, and partnership tax laws combined with excellent writing skills required. Portable business, law firm or drafting experience not required. Probate administration experience and a degree in Accounting/Taxation or CPA preferred. Hybrid position offering flexibility to work primarily remotely while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
