The
Associate Cloud & Endpoint Engineer (Azure / Intune)
at Enterfusion will play a vital role in building and maintaining our Microsoft cloud environments across multiple client tenants. This role is centered on
configuring resources in Azure, managing Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) via both the GUI and PowerShell, and using Intune to build application packages and compliance policies . You’ll go beyond general support: this is a hands‑on engineering role for someone with
1–2 years of real experience in advanced Microsoft cloud administration and automation , who is ready to take ownership of configurations, policies, and deployment standards. If you enjoy working in Azure, dialing in Entra security, and using Intune to manage devices and apps at scale, we want to hear from you. Because you’ll be meeting with our internal team and U.S.-based clients, this role requires
strong, confident spoken and written English , including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people. Key Responsibilities
Azure Configuration & Management
Configure and maintain
Azure resources
for client environments (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networking, Azure AD Connect, and related services). Assist with
Azure networking
concepts such as VNets, subnets, NSGs, and VPN connections as applicable to client deployments. Participate in
Azure-based projects
such as migrations, environment builds, and optimization efforts. Document Azure configurations and contribute to standardized templates and reference architectures. Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) Administration
Administer
Microsoft Entra ID
using both the
web portal
and
PowerShell , including:
User and group management Role assignments and access reviews Application assignments and basic app registrations
Implement and maintain
identity and access policies , including MFA and Conditional Access, following Enterfusion standards. Support SSO configurations and troubleshoot identity‑related issues across client tenants. Help refine identity security baselines and contribute to related documentation and runbooks. Intune & Endpoint Management
Configure and manage
Intune
for Windows and mobile devices across multiple clients. Build and maintain
application packages
(Win32, line‑of‑business, and Microsoft Store apps) for deployment via Intune. Create and refine
device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
to standardize device posture. Support and improve
Autopilot / provisioning
workflows to streamline onboarding and replacement of devices. Monitor device compliance and remediate issues to maintain consistent standards across client environments. Automation & Scripting
Use
PowerShell
to:
Administer Entra (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 at scale Automate common tasks such as user lifecycle operations, license assignments, and reporting
Maintain and document scripts so they can be safely reused and run by other team members. Work with senior engineers to identify manual processes in Azure/Entra/Intune and convert them into repeatable, automated workflows. Collaboration & Customer‑Facing Work
Collaborate with help desk and project teams to support
implementations, migrations, and environment improvements . Act as an escalation point for issues related to Azure, Entra, and Intune configurations. Communicate configuration changes and technical solutions clearly to both technical teammates and non‑technical customer contacts. Contribute to internal
standards, documentation, and best practices
across the Microsoft cloud stack. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
or equivalent hands‑on experience . 3–4+ years
of professional IT experience, including
1–2 years performing advanced Microsoft cloud/system administration tasks . Hands‑on experience
configuring resources in Azure
(such as VMs, storage, networking, or related services). Strong experience managing
Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
via both the
portal GUI and PowerShell . Practical experience with
Intune , including:
Building and deploying
application packages Configuring
device profiles and compliance policies
Solid understanding of
Microsoft 365
services,
Windows Server basics , and
core networking fundamentals
(DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Demonstrated ability to
write and maintain PowerShell scripts
for administration and automation. Strong problem‑solving skills and
clear, professional spoken and written English communication
with both technical and non‑technical audiences (including on phone and video calls with U.S.-based clients and teammates). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an
MSP or multi‑tenant environment . Exposure to
Microsoft Graph
or other Azure‑related APIs. Familiarity with
data security and governance best practices
for cloud environments. Experience contributing to
documentation, standards, or mentoring
more junior team members. Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, MD‑102, SC‑300, or similar). Location
This role is
100% on‑site in Orlando, FL. We’re intentionally on‑site to foster

Annual salary of
$70,000-85,000/year
commensurate with experience as well as paid vacation, health insurance plans, retirement program, disability insurance, and life insurance. Benefits
