Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Acupuncturist located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Acupuncturist will be responsible for evaluating patients, providing acupuncture treatments, and incorporating moxibustion and herbal therapies as needed. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, applying techniques rooted in Oriental Medicine, and monitoring patient progress to adjust therapies as necessary.
Qualifications Expertise in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine practices Knowledge and application of Moxibustion and herbal therapies Foundational knowledge in general Medicine relevant to the role Strong interpersonal skills for patient consultation and treatment Licensure in acupuncture in the state of California is required Prior experience in a clinical or wellness-focused setting is a plus
