Infinity Global Sports
We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to lead, develop, and inspire players both on and off the field. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct effective training sessions focused on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.
Create seasonal and weekly training plans aligned with the club’s or school’s philosophy.
Analyze performance in practices and matches to help players improve individually and collectively.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes respect, accountability, and teamwork.
Manage game-day preparation, including lineup selection, tactics, and in-game adjustments.
Communicate regularly with players, parents, and staff about expectations, goals, and progress.
Ensure player safety and discipline according to program policies and federation standards.
Collaborate with the technical director / athletic department to align on development objectives.
Participate in recruiting, camps, and outreach events as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a soccer coach (youth, academy, high school, college, or club level).
Coaching license or certification (e.g., USSF, UEFA, or NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches).
Strong understanding of player development and modern coaching methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate athletes and build strong team dynamics.
(Optional) Playing experience at a competitive level.
Preferred Skills
Video analysis and session planning software (e.g., Hudl, Veo, TacticalPad).
Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience organizing travel, tournaments, or international tours.
Training sessions and matches (evenings and weekends as required).
Travel for away games, tournaments, or tours.
Collaborative work with staff, athletic trainers, and administrators.
