Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Franchisee)
We’re looking for a proactive leader to manage daily operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and drive quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
Help assigned departments meet goals and targets.
Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, training, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred – ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned franchise restaurant.
