Responsibilities
A Project Manager plays a crucial role in organizations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources.
Execution: Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and manage risks.
Team Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams and facilitate collaboration.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Problem‑Solving: Address issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Coordinate efforts between business teams, IT, and logistics functions (SAP‑based environment).
Lead process improvements, new module rollouts, and BI/dashboard initiatives.
Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder engagement across global teams.
Support initiatives within the Customer Services Applications group. This team manages projects related to process improvement, dashboarding, BI solutions, and new procedure implementations within customer service operations.
Hours Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with flexibility to work other hours to accommodate other time zones.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in project management.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide teams.
Organizational Skills: Effective planning, prioritization, and time management.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
3‑5+ years of relevant PM experience (business application, implementation, and operations‑focused).
Customer Services or Operations project experience.
Proficiency in project management tools – ClickUp (similar to Jira, MS Planner).
Power BI and Microsoft Suite experience for dashboarding and reporting.
High‑tech or Semiconductor industries preferred.

A bonus of up to $500 may be awarded for an approved professional certification. The bonus is awarded 90 days after the Synectics office receives documentation confirming successful completion. Only one bonus per calendar year per employee is available and only active employees are eligible.
