Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr
Role Summary As a key member of the project team, this role involves managing relationships and communication flow with clients, design professionals, internal personnel, and specialty trade partners. The individual will contribute collaboratively alongside both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships and communication flow with clients, design professionals, Straub personnel, and specialty trade partners
Contribute to project teams, working alongside both internal and external stakeholders
Create and manage construction budgets including prime contract, subcontracts and change orders
Effectively write scopes of work for subcontracts and manage submittal procurement ahead of project schedule
Conduct OAC progress meetings at project sites throughout construction
Prepare timely draw requests
Offer input to project schedules based off experience and foresight
Integrate shared personal experience with internal processes and culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
3+ years of experience working with a general contractor managing ground‑up commercial projects
Knowledge of Procore
