Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine

Your Role
Evaluate and treat patients using progressive, functional techniques
Create individualized rehab plans and home programs
Communicate regularly with patients and interdisciplinary team members
Track outcomes and make real-time adjustments to improve progress
Stay current with best practices through CE and mentorship
What You Bring
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain)
Passion for sports medicine and functional rehab
Bonus Points (Preferred But Not Required)
Athletic Trainer certification
Dry Needling, Graston/IASTM, SFMA, FMS, Cupping, or BFR certifications
NASM PES or CES, CSCS
