Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Job Summary We are a leading BAS and HVAC control provider for commercial and residential buildings throughout the greater Tennessee area. We are looking for a Senior HVAC Controls Technician with at least 7 years of experience and expertise in Niagara N4, graphical programming, and major building automation systems such as Johnson, Trane, or Distech. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced HVAC control systems, mentoring junior technicians, and collaborating with project managers and clients to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience

Strong Tridium Niagara programming and platform experience

Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, KMC, or other

Distech, Trane, or JCI experience (Nice to Have)

Tridium Niagara N4 certification (Nice to Have)

Controls protocols BACnet, Modbus, LonTalk (Nice to Have)
