What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
Work as a staff LCMHC with our team of psychotherapists to provide initial evaluation assessments and follow‑up psychotherapy to the facilities we service in various locations.
Maintain flexibility and autonomy while receiving support from the Directors of Mental Health.
Focus on clinical work with patients and complete documentation while our billing team handles all claims and authorizations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patient’s needs and psychosocial status.
Provide follow‑up psychotherapy.
Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for patients.
Provide appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultations with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts, and supportive services.
Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
Schedule Minimum commitment 2 days a week – out of Monday‑Friday, you pick the days – daytime hours!
Compensation W2, Pay per encounter, fee for service role.
