This role sits at the intersection of HR, data, and technology, supporting strategic decision‑making through accurate, data‑driven processes across applications. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems) Develop dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders Partner with HR, IT, and business units to understand data needs and deliver solutions Act as a bridge between functional HR teams and technical product teams to ensure alignment Work closely with product owners and developers to understand the architecture and capabilities of HR systems Contribute to system enhancements, data integrations, and automation initiatives Ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance with GDPR / privacy, and internal policies Maintain documentation and data dictionaries for HR data assets Support HR transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns Provide analytical support for change management and adoption tracking Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
