Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, focusing on large-scale financial and data transformation programs Minimum 5 years of experience testing ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, ERP Financial Reporting, and related modules Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes with ERP systems (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) Proven experience creating end-to-end test strategy documents, test plans, test estimation, and leading a team of testers Demonstrated hands‑on testing expertise, leading a small offshore QA team of manual and automation testers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams (offshore and onsite) and stakeholders Should work from the office 3‑4 days a week Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience developing and executing automation test cases using tools such as QuerySurge and Microsoft Playwright Experience using Azure DevOps for defect management, sprint backlog maintenance, and test case management ETL tester experience in data migration projects Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester for a multi‑year financial and data transformation program. This pivotal role will define test strategies, test the functionalities and lead a small team of manual and automation testers. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to drive project outcomes.
