Location This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.
About The Role The Senior Director, Solution Assurance is responsible for overseeing the Solution Assurance team, focusing on ensuring solution quality, completeness of the solution blueprint and design. As a trusted advisor to both external customers and internal project teams, you will collaborate with Kinaxis’ customers and their SI Partners, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer requirements.
What you will do
Understand customer needs and objectives, help them assess solution quality, offer expert recommendations, and address design gaps.
Oversee quality of delivery and provide proactive support for SI Partner‑led projects to reduce post‑blueprinting escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and mutual project success.
Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects, balancing workload and skillsets to meet deadlines and maximize profitability.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients in a clear and timely manner, addressing concerns promptly.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Senior Delivery Managers, and Business Architects to ensure solution quality.
Continuously assess and refine solution assurance processes, methodologies, and tools to adhere to best practices and deliver customer requirements.
What we are looking for Primary Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, business, or related education.
15+ years of progressive experience in client delivery and implementations, with at least 10 years in project management of large, complex, multimillion‑dollar projects.
10+ years of leading, mentoring, and coaching professional teams.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high‑performing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent negotiation, influence, and interpersonal skills to engage executive‑level clients and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and data clearly in written and spoken formats.
Adept at overseeing full project life cycles, including defining scopes and goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
Role‑specific Skills And Experience
Strong understanding of Kinaxis’ products and services, with experience in a senior, customer‑facing role.
Deep knowledge of the supply chain industry, trends, and competitive landscape.
Willingness to travel as needed for project execution and client interactions.
