Overview And Essential Job Functions
Lead and mentor software engineers and technical leads across multiple projects
Partner with leadership to restructure and evolve the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team
Own the technical roadmap for enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and client success teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Drive agile development practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement
Oversee integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems
Manage resource planning, hiring, and team development
Provide technical leadership in architecture, design reviews, and strategic planning
Ensure alignment with compliance, data privacy, and security standards
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success managing enterprise‑grade software projects and engineering teams
Strong background in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern development frameworks
Experience with integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise data workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with DCI or similar platforms
Experience leading implementations or client‑facing engineering projects
