The Executive Director will oversee all RISE Day and Residential operations across Idaho, ensuring the delivery of safe, supportive, and person‑centered services for individuals with disabilities in alignment with RISE’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This role is accountable for the fiscal health of the division, driving efficient and sustainable program management. The Executive Director will also ensure full compliance with corporate standards, state regulations, and all applicable legal requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity throughout the organization. Essential Functions
Provide leadership and oversight for all Idaho programs, ensuring alignment with RISE Mission, Vision, and Values. Mentor and develop management team members and future leaders. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, state regulations, and funding agency requirements. Drive innovation in service models and explore opportunities for growth and revenue. Oversee fiscal management, budgeting, and financial performance of programs. Advocate for individuals with disabilities and represent RISE with state agencies, families, and professional organizations. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure programs meet licensing requirements and quality standards. Promote staff development, succession planning, and continuous improvement of systems. Lead decision‑making, problem‑solving, and crisis resolution effectively. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Special Education, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership roles involving supervision, coaching, and staff development. Background in developmental disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health required. Skills & Competencies:
Ability to design and implement innovative programs for individuals with disabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with medical, psychological, and behavioral treatment principles.
Other Requirements: Flexible schedule, ability to travel, and operate independently with minimal supervision. What We Offer
