Commercial Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our Class A office building and provide outstanding tenant service. The role includes managing day‑to‑day operations, leading a team, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring compliance with leases and company standards.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary on‑site representative for the building, overseeing daily operations and performance.
Lead and mentor property management and engineering staff to ensure proactive, consistent, and efficient building operations.
Organize and escalates matters requiring higher‑level review to leadership, providing clear written summaries, background, and recommended actions.
Establish priorities for the property team, aligning with ownership goals and company standards.
Conduct periodic inspections of the properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and uphold high upkeep standards.
Obtain estimates/bids for repairs, generate and track service orders, approvals, and distributions, and coordinate contractor activity.
Provide excellent tenant service through timely, professional, and consistent communication.
Track and follow up on all tenant requests and issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Develop initiatives and programs that enhance tenant experience and retention.
Oversee property vendors to ensure performance meets standards and contracts are adhered to.
Create detailed annual income and expense budgets; manage accounts receivable, monthly variance reporting, and quarterly reforecasting.
Verify all invoice amounts and information with approved service orders or contracts.
Collaborate closely with corporate accounting to resolve billing issues promptly and keep financials complete and accurate.
Maintain structured communication with ownership, delivering concise operational updates, issue logs, and project summaries.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Leasing and Construction teams to ensure alignment across departments.
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build important relationships with guests, employees, city officials, and community leaders.
Implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and cost control.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous Yardi experience.
Previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager.
Experience with lease review and strong lease comprehension skills.
B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Innovative marketing skills and abilities.
Ability to review property financials and provide variance explanations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
