Our mission is to give every person the right to live well and pursue a fulfilling career. We are looking for a Program Director, IDD Services to lead and grow our community programs.

Program Director, IDD Services Are you passionate about creating a supportive environment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities? This role is critical to our success and exemplifies our mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations of one to four programs in a community, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person‑centered planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and physical environment maintenance.

Manage program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.

Make hiring, transfer, promotion, salary, corrective action, and termination decisions.

Implement program planning and monitor service delivery to ensure consistency, engagement, and relevance to participants.

Be available on‑call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services (preferred). Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Required state or regulatory education, training, licensure, or certification as applicable.

Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi‑task under deadlines.

Effective communication skills for managing relationships.

Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
