Responsibilities

Ensure safety and profitability while adhering to the SHG Business Plan. Produce manager schedules, request/punch approvals, and submit daily and weekly deposits, payroll, and audit reports. Collaborate with the Kitchen Department Manager on food safety checks, calibrations, supply inventory, ordering, and operational metrics. Work with the Guest Service Manager on hospitality standards, overall guest satisfaction, POP and signage, and operational metrics. Partner with the People Department Manager on team training, promotions, recognition, turnover, and scheduling. Qualifications

McDonald’s managerial experience, or equivalent QSR experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Basic computer skills. Availability to work an average of 45-48 hours per week, including two Sundays, two Fridays, and two closing days. Benefits
