Mission We’re looking for a hands‑on engineer to install, operate and maintain our cutting‑edge
Proton Therapy System (PTS) . You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform routine and corrective maintenance, support hardware/software testing, and contribute to system upgrades and inspections. Your work will directly support clinical operations and global system performance.
Challenges we trust you with
Install and maintain the PTS during all phases of deployment including QA, EHS, development, testing, validation and clinical support
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues
Propose improvements relating to equipment reliability, install ability and operability, in collaboration with R&D
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and inspections
Communicate system status to leadership and internal teams
Support hardware/software testing and clinical operations
Maintain records in line with QA and FDA standards
Participate in all phases of system testing (unit, integration, validation)
Mentor and provide support to new team members and/or subcontractors
Train customers to use equipment and/or system in a safe and efficient manner
Work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
What we value You have:
B.S. in Engineering, Physics or other applicable field, or Associate’s Degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant work experience, such as hands‑on electrical, mechanical system repair, troubleshooting, maintenance of large integrated systems.
Experience with cyclotrons, PLCs (Siemens), cooling/vacuum systems, high‑voltage equipment, and proton therapy systems
Familiarity with MS Office; LINUX, Python, SAP, Siemens Step 7, Jira and Service Max a plus
Knowledge of EHS regulations and LEAN maintenance practices

Approximate Salary Range:
Approx. $70,500 – $93,000
Variable Pay:
