Inspiring you to become extraordinary in work and life. What we need… We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for software analysis and collaboration. This System Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our core banking product. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze both business and technical requirements, ensuring our products meet evolving client needs. You'll actively contribute to design meetings, support the development of new features and enhancements, and take ownership of creating and executing test plans to validate product changes. Your expertise will also be key in implementing updates and providing training and support for yearly product releases and patches. Additionally, you'll investigate and resolve issues, applying your analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate solutions.

What you’ll do…
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Participate in design meetings and contributes to the development of product features and enhancements.
Create test plans/scripts as well as conducts thorough testing of product changes and assists in implementation activities.
Provide training and ongoing support for product releases and patches.
Perform research, analysis, and testing issues submitted via Jira, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Collaborate in product management meetings and cross-functional initiatives to align product strategy with business goals.
What you’ll bring…
3+ years in a business analyst or software development analyst position
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years experience in banking or financial services preferred
Agile experience - Scrum/Kanban preferred
Certified Business Analyst or Certified Project Manager preferred
Strong analytical skills pertaining to application testing, requirements gathering, and knowledge of the SDLC
Collaborative work style with proficiency in business writing, documentation and idea sharing
