What we need… A customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces. Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations. What you’ll do… Act as a customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces. Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations.
What you’ll bring…
Associate’s degree in Business or IT preferred but will consider appropriate work experience/certifications
Minimum of two years in banking or financial services, preferably in a technical or operational capacity
Effective written and oral communication abilities
Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to think critically
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
Technical Skills
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
Understanding of relational databases a plus
EFT, ATM\Debit Card, Internet Banking\Mobile Technology a plus
Quality Assurance experience a plus
COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE experience a plus
Confidential Data
Significant exposure to NPCI
Access to customer database
Proprietary information
Travel/Working Conditions
Office conditions hybrid schedule 3 days a week in office
Some weekend work required
Some weeks require work over 40 hours
Salary range for this role is $54,392-$73,590 per year
