Overview
Build and grow relationships with LATAM clients (Mexico, Andean, Southern Cone, Brazil diaspora) booking US/CH.
Deliver multi-asset advisory/DPM, structured products, Lombard and real‑estate lending, plus FX solutions.
Leverage Miami’s regional connectivity and a global booking platform.
Key Responsibilities
Bring a portable LATAM network and originate NNM via diaspora, introducers and events.
Coordinate proposals with product desks, lending and wealth planners.
Maintain high‑tempo pipeline discipline and conversion reporting.
Qualifications
7–10+ years with LATAM private clients; proven AUM/NNM growth.
Strong cross‑border understanding (US/LATAM) and product fluency.
Native/near‑native Spanish; English fluent; Portuguese a plus.
Regulatory & Compliance
Operate within US regulations and cross‑border frameworks.
Exemplary KYC/AML, SoW/SoF and suitability; meticulous files.
