Overview Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Littleton, CO . This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Littleton, CO 80120 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. Off ered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on diverse patient populations (geriatrics, limited pediatrics). Handle 40–50 draws daily (across two technicians). Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for testing. Provide a professional and compassionate patient experience. Maintain compliance with safety standards and laboratory procedures. Collaborate with a small team (two-person site) but work independently most of the time. Participate in orientation and training during the first week. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience . Experience with venipuncture on diverse patient types. Strong ability to handle hard sticks and challenging draws. Specimen processing knowledge.
