Job Summary Join our customer's team as an AI/ML Engineer and play a pivotal role in architecting and deploying cutting‑edge AI solutions. Be part of an innovative environment where your expertise with Python, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS will be fully leveraged to deliver impactful, production‑grade machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on Large Language Models and RAG architectures.

Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines on AWS infrastructure.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuously optimize models and workflows for robustness, accuracy, and efficiency.

Conduct research to evaluate new algorithms and integrate state‑of‑the‑art techniques into existing frameworks.

Document code, workflows, and processes, emphasizing clarity and concise communication.

Foster a collaborative environment through effective written and verbal communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Python with experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

Deep understanding of Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.

Hands‑on experience with AWS services related to machine learning and data engineering.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a drive for innovation.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, collaborative, on‑site environments.

Proven track record of delivering production‑level AI/ML systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience with additional cloud platforms and MLOps tools.

Contributions to open‑source AI/ML communities.
