Operational Responsibilities ·

Demonstrating your expertise knowledge of customer service principles and practices ·

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively ·

Understanding of, and passion for client experience ·

Excellent communication skills ·

Foreign language skills are preferred but not required ·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·

Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a calm and professional manner ·

Ability to work within a team ·

Ability to solve client escalations and make sound decisions ·

Desire to be of service to clients and striving to deliver superior client experience ·

High attention to details and organizational skills ·

Computer knowledge – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ·

2 years in Fashion or Luxury client services experience required **What skills you will learn:** **Compensation:** ·

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.70 through $28.03. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks. **Benefits and Perks:** ·
