Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and other legal considerations related to estate planning.
Assist with probate and trust administration processes.
Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5‑10 years of experience as an estate planning attorney.
Strong drafting and document review skills.
Knowledge of tax and asset protection planning.
Experience with probate and trust administration.
