Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants (PPM) Lead

Responsibilities
Lead functional tracks on Oracle ERP Cloud Project Management for Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.
Provide solutions based on accounting principles and rules for the PPM modules.
Complete project tasks and deliverables within established timelines, ensuring high‑quality written deliverables per project templates.
Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements; recommend solutions for identified gaps.
Document gaps, issues, and solution process flows.
Map customer business processes to Oracle Cloud PPM processes and configure the system accordingly.
Migrate customer financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications.
Prepare functional design for technical objects, including test criteria documentation.
Develop testing scenarios and day‑in‑the‑life scenarios for testing.
Lead unit, integration, and acceptance testing events, coordinating schedules, data preparation, and testing completion.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and business transformation.
Create and update RAID items as directed by the PMO, coordinating with the client for timely closure.
Maintain availability during client working hours using AST and client communication tools.
Collaborate with offshore AST counterparts, other module leads, and technical teams.
Execute project work based on defined project processes, methodologies, and templates.
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree (4‑year or equivalent experience).
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
3‑5 years of ERP implementation experience on Cloud Applications.
Experience with City or County clients in Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting.
Subject‑matter expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules: Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, Project Contract Billing.
Hands‑on experience configuring and processing transactions on the PPM modules.
Exposure to SCM, Financial Applications, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Resource Management, and Task Management is a plus.
Completed 2+ full‑cycle implementations as Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud PPM Applications.
Business Process Consulting experience, including problem definition, global design workshops, business process analysis, and system integration testing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative with minimal supervision.
Effective collaboration skills with customers, PMO, onsite and offshore teams.
Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required by projects.
