Your Role And Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise and lead functional tracks on Oracle ERP Cloud Project Management for Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management and Project Contract Billing.
Provide solutions based on accounting principles and rules for the PPM modules.
Complete project tasks and deliverables per established timelines, ensuring high‑quality written deliverables following project templates.
Engage clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements; provide solutions and recommendations.
Document gaps, issues and solution process flows.
Map customer business processes to Oracle Cloud PPM processes.
Configure Cloud PPM to align with customer processes.
Migrate customer financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications.
Prepare functional design for all technical objects in AST template, documenting test criteria.
Develop testing scenarios and day‑in‑the‑life scenarios for testing.
Lead unit, integration and acceptance testing events for the PPM area, coordinating schedules and ensuring testing accuracy.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and business transformation.
Create and update RAID items per PMO direction; coordinate timely closure.
Maintain availability during client working hours using AST and client communication tools.
Work and engage with offshore AST counterparts, other module leads and technical team for project work.
Execute project work based on AST and client‑defined processes, methodology and templates.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum 3‑5 years ERP implementation experience on Cloud Applications.
Preferably at least one City or County client with exposure to Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls and Encumbrance Accounting.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP PPM modules: Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, Project Contract Billing.
Hands‑on experience configuring and transaction processing on PPM modules.
Exposure to SCM, Financial applications, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Resource Management and Task management is a plus.
Completed 2+ full cycle implementations as Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud PPM Applications.
Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, system integration testing, training and production deployment.
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of people.
Effective collaboration with customers, PMO, onsite and offshore team.
Capable of working independently, taking initiative with minimal supervision while being a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel as per project and organizational needs.
