Location: Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel, Beverly Hills, CA.
We are looking for a candidate who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Direct and control the activities of the Bell Staff and Driveway Staff.
Interview and select valet parking staff, schedule them, and manage payroll.
Train and supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline.
Ensure a high level of personalized, friendly, and courteous service to guests; handle vehicles and keys with caution.
Accurately collect and post parking charges; institute controls to maximize revenue and profits.
Coordinate the use of other garages for guests; reconcile charges.
Coordinate cooperation between valet and concierge staff.
Work closely with sales and catering for special guest or group parking needs.
Ensure staff are familiar with hotel facilities, hours of operation, city geography, and points of interest.
Handle guest complaints regarding parking professionally and inform the Rooms Division Manager.
Respond to emergencies or safety situations.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
Act as a liaison for house car operations.
Follow up on vehicle damages and ensure they are handled professionally.
Supervise valet runners, lead men, and doormen; manage payroll and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Three to five years of Rooms Division Management experience, preferably in a luxury, fast‑paced environment.
Work authorization for the United States.
