Sr Enterprise Account Executive - State & Local Government Location: Miami, FL (South Florida) | Remote: flexible with up to 50% travel

Job Description You will generate new enterprise SaaS revenue from state & local government accounts through territory planning, account mapping, and field‑based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with multiple C‑suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across government agencies. Orchestrate an account strategy, leading cross‑functional virtual teams (Solutions Consultants, Success, Partners, Marketing). Advisory role – understand customer IT roadmap and position ServiceNow solutions. Identify and engage specialist/support resources at the right time.

Qualifications

Candidate must reside in South Florida. 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales. Experience selling into state & local government accounts. Proven ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C‑level relationships. Experience achieving sales targets and win‑as‑a‑team customer success focus. Strong AI integration mindset – ability to think critically about AI in work processes. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
