Senior Analyst – Outgo Revenue Operations DAT is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing Outgo Revenue Operations team in our Seattle office.

We provide a vertical banking solution that combines invoicing, accounting, factoring, and banking in one platform to optimize cash flow and eliminate exorbitant rates, hidden fees, and long contracts. As a Senior Analyst on the Revenue team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy and driving data‑informed decision‑making across our revenue function. This position sits at the intersection of sales, risk, finance, and marketing, offering the opportunity to significantly impact Outgo’s growth trajectory. You’ll work closely with Outgo revenue leadership and cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do Sales Strategy & Insights
Revenue and Sales Targets: leverage data to help establish analytical sales targets and own sales performance reporting; ensure that targets ladder up to broader company goals and unit‑economic constraints with a strong finance partnership.
Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate sales funnel data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding leaders, with a focus on sales productivity and conversion rates.
Sales Pipeline Reviews: run effective pipeline and forecast reviews, surfacing insights that help drive accountability and execution.
Revenue Operations Systems & Workflows
Operational Excellence: develop, document, and continuously improve core growth workflows including lead qualification, routing, enrichment, and opportunity creation.
GTM Systems: serve as a core owner of the CRM and other GTM systems—maintaining data integrity, user enablement, and process automation. Help manage and integrate additional systems, including enrichment (Clay) and dialing (Aircall).
Growth & Marketing Operations
Outgo Funnel: re‑imagine how Outgo’s revenue engine operates to reduce friction and maximize throughput across the funnel.
Marketing Partnership: partner with DAT marketing teams to develop and evolve Outgo’s top‑of‑funnel lead generation efforts and automation.
Attribution: partner with Data Science to develop and improve marketing attribution models; define and operationalize Marketing KPIs—including target‑setting, measurement frameworks, and reporting models.
The Skills And Experience You’ll Bring
5‑7 years of professional experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a technology company; or 5+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or equivalent quantitative roles.
Top tier analytical skills—can model any operational question full cycle (develop assumptions and model output with minimal guidance).
Excel skills with a track record of building scalable, flexible, insight‑driven models and tools.
Experience or willingness to learn SQL and Tableau.
Proficiency with core GTM systems and tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach) and a willingness to learn new GTM AI tools (e.g. Clay).
Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with internal teams and leadership.
