This is a 5‑month contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33709 Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (one weekday off) + Saturday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $17 – 19.75 per hour (based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Create and maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment . Collect blood specimens skillfully and safely from patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations . Accurately maintain documentation, records, and specimen labeling. Build patient trust by clearly explaining procedures and providing compassionate care. Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards. Promote a positive image of Quest Diagnostics to patients, clients, employees, and the public. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
