Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.75/hr Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Palatka, FL! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Palatka, FL 32177 Shift Schedule Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM Hours per Week: 30 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $17-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures Explain procedures clearly to patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections as required Operational Duties Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor Maintain required records and documentation Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment Job Requirements Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime Strong customer service and communication skills Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required) Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
