The Tile Shop
Overview
The Tile Shop is hiring a full‑time in‑store Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee the in‑store warehouse and manage daily operations.
Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to assemble orders from stock.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, or product code.
Prepare packing and shipping documents and ensure accurate, damage‑free inbound and outbound shipments.
Label all orders and back stock clearly and maintain complete accuracy of store inventory.
Participate in the cycle counting program, load and unload customer vehicles, and process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner.
Use equipment, including forklifts, to move inventory, inspect equipment, and record amounts of product received and distributed.
Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse and enter records into the computer.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Ability to read and write in English.
Strong work ethic and basic organizational skills.
Forklift certification or willingness to be certified.
Basic mathematical and computer skills.
Knowledge of proper safety measures.
Ability to manually move and lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs, and flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation.
