About the Role The Client Success / Account Manager leads all client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience across the Insights platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and renewals while partnering with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Own client relationships and deliver exceptional service from onboarding through ongoing support.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience across all service areas.

Understand each client’s investment structure, portfolio, and priorities to proactively manage expectations.

Communicate clearly and confidently, keeping clients informed on progress, timelines, and milestones.

Build long‑term relationships that drive retention, renewals, and trust in the Insights platform.

Coordinate with Operations and Implementation Specialists to align deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.

Escalate issues effectively, ensuring rapid resolution and transparent communication.

Translate client needs into actionable items for cross‑functional teams.

Gather client feedback to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Operations and Product to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve platform features.

Develop playbooks, templates, and communication frameworks that improve consistency and scalability.

Contribute to shaping the Client Success function, defining excellent client experience at scale.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Investor Relations—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or investment data environments.

Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with executive‑level stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical or operational details into client‑friendly language.

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or portfolios with complex data needs.

High level of organization and attention to detail, managing competing priorities.

Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, and Data teams.

Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in private markets, investment reporting, or wealth‑management operations.

Background in a high‑growth startup or SaaS environment.

Familiarity with CRM or client‑management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).

Passion for process improvement and building new functions from the ground up.

Benefits & Compensation Location : Palo Alto, CA – required to work in‑office 4 days a week.

Compensation : $110,000 – $140,000 OTE (On‑Target Earnings) + equity.

Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, responsible time off (RTO), 401(k).

Employment type : Full‑time.
