Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long‑term strategy for global quality excellence, aligned with Corsair’s multi‑brand growth.
Define the vision, goals, and KPIs for a unified quality management system across all product lines and regions.
Partner with executive leadership to integrate quality performance into corporate decision‑making.
Lead the creation of a global quality data platform integrating supplier, factory, and field‑return data into a single analytical ecosystem.
Implement modern, digital FMEA tools and control plans to drive consistency and traceability in risk management.
Deploy predictive analytics and machine‑learning tools to anticipate issues before they reach customers.
Establish standardized global quality metrics (DPPM, FPY, RMA%, Reliability Index, etc.).
Drive alignment of supplier quality audits, CAPA management, and reporting cadence across brands and ODM/OEM partners.
Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and customer‑specific requirements where applicable.
Develop dashboards and reporting structures for real‑time visibility of global quality performance.
Lead cross‑functional teams in interpreting data, identifying root causes, and implementing systemic improvements.
Introduce data‑based risk assessment methodologies and correlation models between process variation and field performance.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Quality to integrate design quality into early product development phases.
Partner with Customer Experience and Service teams to build closed‑loop feedback systems that translate field data into actionable improvements.
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to develop scalable analytics architecture and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 12+ years in Quality, Reliability, or Manufacturing leadership roles, with 5+ years at a senior management level.
Proven experience modernizing or implementing global quality systems and data platforms.
Experience managing quality across multiple brands, ODMs, and manufacturing sites preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, PPAP, and APQP methodologies.
Proficiency with data analytics, visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with manufacturing data integration (MES, ERP, PLM) and supplier quality systems.
Knowledge of reliability testing, DFMEA/PFMEA, and failure analysis practices.
Leadership & Competencies
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business outcomes.
Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
Passion for building data‑driven, preventive quality systems.
Experience in high‑mix, global hardware or consumer electronics environments preferred.
