Assistant Project Manager As an Assistant Project Manager, you will coordinate equipment, material, and subcontractor requirements.

You will provide oversight to the project team, drafting and engineering personnel, plan, assign, and direct work with the project team, and resolve obstacles.

Establish and maintain relationships to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

General knowledge of construction processes, practices, and work sites.

General knowledge of safety regulations, ANSI standards, local and state building codes, environmental codes, industry‑specific codes, and guidelines.

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Smartsheet preferred but not required.

Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions, and engineering/architectural drawings.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.

Participate in meetings to coordinate work.

Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards and contract specifications.

Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Assist in managing expectations for a safe work environment.

Participate in community and industry activities to promote the industry and organization.

Compensation

Wage range based on qualifications and experience.
