Responsibilities
Manage submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
Participate in meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards and contract specifications.
Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Prepare monthly cost-to-complete forecasts for financial statement preparation and attend monthly financial reviews to update management on project status.
Coordinate monthly billing process and maintain over-billing position; negotiate billing approvals with the customer; collect project accounts receivable.
Coordinate with the Labor Superintendent to resolve labor problems or productivity issues.
Set and maintain expectations for a safe work environment.
Participate in community and industry activities to promote the industry and organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 2-year degree in construction science/management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field.
Three years of construction experience recommended.
OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training preferred.
General knowledge of construction processes, practices, and work sites.
General knowledge of safety regulations, ANSI standards, local and state building codes, environmental codes, and industry guidelines.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet preferred but not required.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, manuals, installation instructions, and drawings.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Compensation
Wage range based on qualifications and experience.
