Job Description
Deliver high‑quality, client‑centered small‑animal medicine and surgery
Build trusted relationships through education and clear, compassionate communication
Create diagnostic and treatment plans using full in‑house lab, digital imaging, and advanced modalities
Perform dental procedures with digital dental radiography and high standards of pain management
Collaborate in a collegial, mentorship‑friendly setting with strong doctor‑to‑tech support
Contribute to protocol refinement, quality initiatives, and a positive hospital culture
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree and Illinois licensure (or ability to obtain promptly)
Comfortable with general medicine, dentistry, and routine soft‑tissue surgery
Strong communicator who enjoys client education and teamwork
Openness to mentorship (giving or receiving) and commitment to fear‑free, low‑stress handling
